All of our centers offer DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) support groups and one on one peer counseling. Some of our centers also offer dual diagnosis peer support groups, WRAP (wellness and recovery action planning) training, schizo-affective support groups, arts and crafts, nutrition and health workshops, bingo, music appreciation, current events discussions, and computer training. Please contact program coordinators for center program schedules.

Towson Center
Our Towson Center is located in the Sullivan Day Hospital at Sheppard Pratt, Building D, Room D020. You can get to us from either Charles Street or Osler Drive (turn onto Campus View) and can enter either the main hospital entrance (behind the bus stop) or through the Weinberg Building entrance. Follow the green signs to find the right building and then follow our signs to get to the right room. We are located on the "T" floor.
